1 Minute To Improve Your Day

*Deep Breath Here* Good Morning Coconut Yogis.


With all of us constantly on the go- I have put together a perfect 1 minute check-in that you can do in the car, at the office, at work, on the train or bus, in bed before you get up for the day or even on the couch. Basically, anywhere.


This mini check-in is perfect for when you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed or out of touch and just need to find some ground to bring you back down to earth. For the days where you don't have time to get some self-care done, this is perfect.


  1. Take a deep breath in.

  2. Breathe out and relax your shoulders down away from your ears.

  3. Release your tongue from the roof of your mouth. (I know it feels weird but it relaxes your mouth)

  4. Part your lips a little to help in relaxing your jaw.

  5. Clench your hands in to a fist and release immediately.

  6. Breathe in through your nose.

  7. Breathe out slowly through your mouth. (Maybe seeing if you can exhale for the count of six.)

  8. Close your eyes and repeat.



Giving your body some loving deep breathes can go a long way. Find comfort and power in becoming aware of your breath my beautiful friends, it is the fastest way we can change our mental and physical state.


Be conscious. Keep well. xxx
