Mama & Mini Yoga Circle 
6 week winter series

(For mums and babies not on the move/crawling yet)

This isn't your usual roll out a mat in an old hall and call it mums & bubs class kinda vibe.

You will be welcomed into a warm intimate studio where you and your little one can softly land and enjoy very slow yoga to wiggle out any tension spots, grounding breath practice to regulate and rest meditation with a blanket & warm tea. 

This is an hour a week for you to gently bring some loving back to yourself and fill your own cup in a way of doing less, rather than more.

We also love to leave a few minutes at the end of our class for mama's to share how their week is going, any highs, lows or in betweens. As a mama myself - i remember my newly post partum self really craved some adult conversation that was wholesome. 

There is no need to be a "yogi mum" or meditating guru - these classes are created to be a place for you to come as you are. A place for mama's to have moment for themselves. A place for connection. A place that goes beyond the Yoga poses where you leave lighter and more connected to yourself and your little mini.

Everything is provided and set up for you + a free coffee/hot choc/chai is included in your ticket too.

Perfect for Mums & Bubba's from 6 weeks.
Bubs are welcome until they are actively crawling around.

About Florence:

I am  the creator of Katoa Collection. I am a Tongan Yoga & Meditation Teacher and Deep Rest Faciliator, who is on a mission to share the powerful magic that comes from stillness, slowing down and deep rest. Blending the tools of somatic practices, yoga nidra meditation, pranayama (Yogic breathwork), tea ceremony and journaling to support women in honouring the woman underneath all the hats. 

​

I am also a mama bear to a wild little soul who keeps me busy and who is also my biggest muse for "creating what you want to see more of in the world". With the support of my high school love/hubby, I feel so deeply grateful to create space for women to slow down & reconnect back to self and be able to call it "work".

​

Our little family has been in Newcastle for the past 5 years and recently we have followed hubby's business back to Sydney and I am so excited to create a rested community here.
