The Sacred Rest Ceremony is about returning to yourself, not by doing more, but by embracing stillness. It invites you to slow down, press pause, and simply be, allowing you to reconnect and recharge without all the noise of the world. You will be able to soak in quality time together and connect more deeply. The magic that happens when you press pause on the world and turn your attention inwards towards one another is so beautiful. What the Ceremony Includes: - Magnesium Foot Soak: Ground yourself in soothing, warm water infused with magnesium to relax and replenish. - Essential Oil Scalp Massage: A gentle, aromatic massage to calm the mind and ease tension. - Bodywork Tension Release: Targeted bodywork to release stored tension and promote deep relaxation. - Guided Yoga Nidra Meditation: A restorative, guided practice designed to bring profound rest and healing. - Herbal Tea & Oracle Card Reading: Conclude the ceremony with a warm herbal tea and an optional oracle card pull for insight and reflection.
