Service Description

Come and exhale out your week with this slow stretch & meditation class. We will move through some tension releasing stretches that are gentle with the use of props for support. We will then lay down for guided yoga nidra meditation for deep rest. Our session then ends with a beautiful oracle card pull and delicious coffee from our cafe neighbours. A down to earth, fun and relaxing space for you to fill your cup.
