Live Stream Workshops

Each month in the membership we will have a guest speaker share about their own inspiring journeys. They will share tips and tools about mindfulness, regulating emotions, preconception, postpartum care, womb nourishment, womens health, mental wellbeing, motherhood, boundaries and more! All topics to helping you learn, grow and live with more awareness.

Live Beginner Yoga & Meditation Classes plus Access to past classes

You will be able to join live online classes each month that will focus on releasing tension, regulating the nervous system, filling your cup and help you to feel more calm. All the Yoga Classes are gentle and beginner friendly. 

Helping you press pause on the busy, slow down and fill your cup.

Monthly Accountability Sessions

If you struggle with creating consistent self care habits and keeping accountable to your goals, these sessions will be so supportive in helping you. The last day of each month we meet online for a group call to share intentions for the new month, reflect on past month and take part in visualisation and journaling practices.
