This Immersion was created to share in a beginner friendly, gentle and easy to digest way.

There is no need to be Guru, dressed in all white, levitating on a mountain top to be able to experience the incredible benefits of Meditation.

You can simply be in your pyjamas, messy hair and just taking a moment before the rest of your home wakes up.

You can be in the car after dropping the kids off to day care/school and pulling yourself together after a hard drop off.

You can be preparing yourself to set a boundary that you know you really need to set no matter how uncomfortable.

Meditation is for helping to support and navigate all parts of life. It is a tool I have come back to time and time again in so many different seasons of my life. A major season is has helped me through is motherhood. I can not imagine my parenting journey if I had not found Meditation before becoming a parent and I am so grateful to Yoga for bringing it into my world ten years ago.
After teaching countless classes and events, I am still blown away by the feedback I hear from students and how it has changed their perspective on how they treat themselves with so much more compassion.
I knew I need to share more of it. So here we are.

What you will learn:
Introduction to Meditation & Mindful Breathing
We begin to explore the basics of Meditation & bust the myths that come with it. You will learn the ways you can bring Meditation into things you already do. Breathing techniques will be shared that can be used for calm, stress relief & anxiety.

Tools to Manage Stress
Gain practical tools, such as breathwork and body scans, to manage stress and overwhelm in their daily lives. Implement simple practices to calm your mind quickly in moments of anxiety or tension.

Better Sleep and Relaxation
You will walk away with strategies to help you unwind a busy mind at the end of the day to support you in
winding down before bed, leading to better rest and recovery.

Body Awareness, grounding & stress relief
Week 2 we move from the head into the body. By tuning into physical sensations and focusing on the connection between your body and the earth, you can release tension and feel more centered. Grounding helps bring your mind out of anxious thoughts and back into your body, providing a sense of stability and calm. Through practices like body scan meditation, you become more mindful of areas where you hold stress and learn to let go, creating a deeper sense of balance and inner peace.

Being kinder to yourself
We can be our own harshest critics at times, Meditation is a beautiful invitation to really notice those thoughts and take the time to challenge them. By practicing self-compassion, you learn to soothe yourself during difficult times, reduce feelings of guilt or shame, and replace self-criticism with gentleness. This inner kindness nurtures emotional resilience, helping you feel more at peace with yourself, even in moments of stress or failure. It’s a powerful tool for healing and maintaining balance in your daily life.

Growing up with Mental health challenges within my own family is what really encouraged me to seek tools that helped me navigate stress and anxiety. I found Yoga when I was 22 and Meditation naturally came from that. Now becoming a Mum, I am even more reliant on the tools of Meditation and regulating emotions. After all, if I can’t do it for myself, how can I support my daughter to do so?

I wish Meditation & Yoga were taught to me much earlier in life which is what has led me to sharing it in this way. I am so inspired to teach more women and Mothers these incredible tools so the benefits can ripple into their life and home too.

After 10 years of going to yoga and meditation classes and never seeing another Tongan woman in the class let alone leading it, truly inspired me to do my teacher training.
