This 6 week program is like having a bestie, self care mentor, yoga/meditation teacher and accountability buddy in your corner for 6 weeks.

Throughout these 6 weeks we will work through taking self care out of the too hard basket. You will learn tools and practices to be able to manage emotions, big feeling days, overwhelm, stress and a mind that doesn't stop. 

​

With the powerful tools of Yoga, Meditation, Journaling and Somatic healing work - Florence blends all these together to tailor the 6 weeks to what you need most... and perhaps.. what you didn't know you needed.

each week we explore a different self care theme:

Each week we have a live call where we explore our theme for the week followed by a guided journaling practice, meditation & nervous system practice.

 

Week 1: Understanding Burn out, Stress & Self Care

Week 2: Connecting to the breath

Week 3: Building Mindfulness into daily routine

​

Week 4: Deep Rest & Importance of 'not doing' 

​

Week 5: Emotional Awareness 

​

Week 6: Journaling for mental maintenance

​Each week builds on the other and you will have access to the recordings to replay or if you can not make the call live. 

​

You will also have your self care box delivered to you so you can have the extra tools and props for your each of your practices and creating self care routines.

Included in your mentorship is an in person Self Care day for members only where you will get to melt into relaxation massage, sauna and spa. 

​

After working with countless women over the past year and a half in classes, events and retreats I have realised how many of us CRAVE connection and especially in person connection. 

​

This Self Care day is a beautiful way to close off our 6 weeks and bring relaxation, joy and gratitude into our body and life.

I realised how much I would have loved to have been taught the skills of meditation, yoga, journaling, somatic healing and so I read countless books, listened to podcasts, went into yoga teacher training, took a meditation course and invested in mentors to learn these skills from. 

​

From teaching yoga over the years in settings that I created for women and mothers I realise how much we are eager to learn and do differently than we had. 

​

This 6 weeks is a beautiful introduction to all these skills and build upon creating change in your own life and letting it ripple into your home.
