Service Description

Mindful Mornings is the perfect place to begin your day with gentle movement, slow flow yoga and mini meditation practice. Completely beginner friendly sessions in the comfort of your own home. What to expect: ~ grounding meditation to settle in & start to wake the body ~ gentle yoga flow to help release any tension & invite mindfulness to each movement with our breath ~ Intention setting meditation to end our practice These classes are held via online zoom
