Service Description
Join me for this beautiful invitation to sign your permission for self care Mumma. A sacred space welcoming all Mothers in any season of your mothering journey. Take a moment to press pause and fill your cup with a Mumma's Connection Circle, Gentle stretching & Meditation for calm. Motherhood can be a journey of giving so much of ourselves outwards to our little humans and families, this space is an opportunity for you give some loving back to self in a welcoming and down to earth space. Each class we welcome a new theme and intention for the class that relates to the mothering journey. What to expect: - You will be welcomed into a candle lit and calming space where everything is provided & set up for you. - We begin sitting in circle, grounding and in conversation for those who wish to share or simply just listen. - Florence will then move through a guided slow flow yoga practice that is very mindful stretches for the body. - We will then end our practice in a long savasana (lying down) rest meditation. Florence will then allow time to enjoy warm tea and time to come back slowly before returning back to Mum life. This class is completely beginner friendly & gentle - NO experience needed.
