Service Description

Join me for this beautiful invitation to sign your permission slip for self care Mumma. A sacred space welcoming all new mumma's and their bubba in arms to spend time together. Take a moment to press pause and fill your cup with a Mumma's Connection Circle, Gentle stretching & Meditation for regulation and rest. Motherhood can be a journey of giving so much of ourselves outwards to our little humans and families, this space is an opportunity for you give some loving back to self in a welcoming and down to earth space. Each class we welcome a new theme and intention for the class that relates to the mothering journey. What to expect: - You will be welcomed into a candle lit and calming space where everything is provided & set up for you. - We begin sitting in circle, grounding and in conversation for those who wish to share or simply just listen. - Florence will then move through a guided slow flow yoga practice that is very mindful stretches for the body. - We will then end our practice in a long savasana (lying down) rest meditation. - Your ticket also includes warm tea served on arrival aswell as a cafe made coffee/chai/hot choc when you leave. Babies in arms are welcome to join. It is totally okay if your babes need time to settle in, I am a mumma myself and happy to cuddle, sway and hold them if you are happy for me to. Release any expectations for what your "mama and baby class" needs to look like - there is no wrong or right and our babies are such beautiful reminders that we can do all the planning and things will go as they go!
