In the busyness of day to day life it can be so easy to leave our own wellbeing at the bottom of our list. These Sacred Rest Sessions are curated for helping you & loved ones to press pause, slow down and fill your cup with deep rest. 
 
Sacred Rest Sessions are a blend of yoga nidra meditation, essential oil scalp massage & tea ceremony. It is a two hour rest experience where you get to take off all the hats and give back to yourselves. Book this for you and your loved ones to enjoy not only time together, but quality time. 
 
Valid for small group of 5.
No experience needed. 
Completely beginner friendly. 
Everything is provided and set up for you. 
Takes place within your own private location.
(To book at the Maroubra private studio there is an extra $50 hire fee to be paid 7 days before booking date).
