Self Care Goodies

Self Care tools are so important in complimenting our practices. For many of us, scheduling time for ourselves can sound crazy. Self Care on a spectrum can allow you to look at what self care you need day to day. One day you may need to pour a peppermint tea and sit outside, or you might need lavender oil rolled on your temples before bed or it might be starting a gratitude practice.
