Deep Rest Session

1 x 60 Minute Session of Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra

This deep session of rest and relaxation is via zoom. You come as you are and i guide you through some soft and gentle poses to release tension and then guide you to lie down as we flow through a grounding Yoga Nidra. This session can look different for everyone and is tailored specifically for you and meeting you where you are. One thing is for sure is that clients leave feeling refreshed and more themselves again. 

This if for you if you:

  •  are feeling burnt out and tired 

  •  can not remember the last time you took some time out for REAL self care

  • are feeling disconnected from yourself 

  • have been running with your tank on empty and need a complete refill

  • just need some some calm and re-energising for your mind and body

What you'll need:

  • A yoga mat (not necessary, just something to lie down and feel comfortable on ie. your bed)

  • A quiet space where you won't be distracted for the 60 minute session


  • Also a really great tip is to have low lighting to encourage calm and relxation
